Does AquaVive require plumbing?+
The current product is described as self-contained with a separate chiller. Final filling, draining, electrical and placement procedures are confirmed during site planning.
How much floor space should we plan for?+
Upright, the AquaVive chair measures 55 L × 30 W × 45 H inches. Its reclined length is 62 inches. The separate chiller measures 36 L × 14 W × 26 H inches. The assessment adds user access, recline movement and service clearance.
What temperatures does it use?+
AquaVive is designed for heat, cold, or alternating contrast. Exact operating ranges and program settings will be confirmed in the current product and operating documentation before use.
Can customers operate AquaVive themselves?+
Yes. BodyBoost trains facility staff so they can answer questions and orient customers, while the system itself is designed for customer operation.
What does the AquaVive rental include?+
AquaVive is provided for one monthly rental fee and is fully serviced and warrantied by BodyBoost. Applicable taxes and shipping are handled separately if applicable.
Can the AquaVive rental be terminated?+
Yes. The standard agreement is 12 months, and either the customer or BodyBoost can terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
